Sweetwater
Club Condo is a resort condominium with a variety of activities to suit
all ages. The resort includes a clubhouse, pool, tennis &
sand volleyball courts, gym, games room, BBQ, and more. The Sweetwater
Club Condominium is located off route US192 and minutes to Disney
World, Universal Studios, Sea World, local attractions, shops, and
restuarants.
The condominiums are privately owned,
well-appointed and maintained. It has all the comforts of home,
except we will clean after your stay. The condominiums feature a
full kitchen, dining area, carpeted & ceramic tile floor and a
spacious cathedral ceiling living room with a queen-size
sleeper sofa. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath condominium will accommodate up
to 8 people. We have available upper and lower floor units.
We have a management company available to assist you during your stay. The condominiums are fully licensed by the state of Florida and county of Oceola. For rental terms and conditions, please read our Rental Agreement.
